• Before use, please clean your chest and make sure not to use any body oil or lotion before sticking it to your chest. Too much sweat will affect stickiness, so this bra is not suitable for extreme sports activity.
• After each use, rinse them with mild neutral soap and lukewarm water, then air dry and store it in the original packaging for next use
• If breast has wounds or is inflamed, do not use the adhesive silicone bra
• Not suitable for breastfeeding mothers
