We hope you're delighted with your order. If you change your mind for any reason, we offer a 14 days returns policy from the date order arrived at your address.
CONDITION OF RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Please carefully read through our returns and exchange policy as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase from OMG BABE.
Review return/exchange condition below
- Item(s) must be shipped back in their original condition - unworn with security tags attached, unwashed and
no perfume/ body odour residue. - Intimates/lingerie, swimwear and accessories cannot be returned (due to hygiene purposes) unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- E-gift card and item(s) purchased with a discount code are NOT eligible for returns.
- Item(s) on SALE are considered FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item is sent.
Follow these steps to return/exchange
- If the item(s) in your order meet the above criteria and is eligible for return/exchange, please submit your return request HERE within 7 days from when you received your order.
- Once your request is approved, you will be provided with the returns address.
- Pack the item(s) securely and update the tracking code in the HERE within 7 days of request approved date.
- Once we receive your item(s) for return/exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
- You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been processed and be provided with your store credit details.
- All refunds will be in form of store credits with no expiry.
Please note all returns/exchanges costs will need to be covered by the customer, EXCEPT in the case of a defective or incorrect item.
DEFECTS
We do our best to inspect every piece before it is shipped off to you. However, if you have received an item with a minor or major fault, please DM us on Instagram @omgbabe.co or email us at hello@omgbabe.co as soon as possible. Please provide as much detail as possible, including photos so we can resolve quickly.
In an effort to reduce our environmental impact, if you have a minor problem with an item, we may offer reimbursement for repair as the first and preferred resolution.
For major defects, you are entitled to your choice of a store credit or refund made to the original payment method.
